Refund & Return Policy

  1. Returns, Non-Returnable Items, Refunds, & Exchanges

    We want to ensure that you get the best customer satisfaction with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy with anything that you have purchased from us, we offer a number of guarantees to ensure that your shopping experience with us is always pleasant.

  2. REFUND & EXCHANGE

    Please take note that any refund or replacement will have to be done within (3) calendar days upon the receipt of the purchased items. We will not refund after such date for any reason whatsoever.

    Reports have to be made within (3) calendar days from the receipt of the purchased items* in order to be considered for the following:

    • A return and exchange of same or similar item should the item be damaged
    • A return and exchange for similar item or item of a higher value (RM)
    *Provided that the item is returned undamaged, unsealed, and unopened. Items should be returned in its original packaging.

    Customer will be liable for the delivery costs (if any) associated with the return/exchange.

  3. REFUND & EXCHANGE REQUEST

    You may request for a refund or return due to any of the following reasons:

    • Wrong Items: The items do not match the receipt or invoice, and must be kept unopend.
    • Damanged Items: The items delivered has damages on its exteriors, and must be kept unopend.
    • Defective Items: The items delivered has damages on its interiors, and discovered upon unpacking the items.
    • Expired Items: The items delivered have expiry date that has lapsed at the time of delivery.
  4. PRODUCT DEFECT

    If there is any defect in the purchased item, we will send a replacement, upon receiving the original returned item. All shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer for the resending of the items back to us. All returned items must be in its original condition and show no signs of use, and must be in its original packaging. If we can’t get you a replacement, we will refund you the full amount. This will also apply to any wrongly sent items, except, this time shipping costs will be borne by us.

  5. WRONG ADDRESS

    In any cases, where you did not receive the item(s) that you ordered due to our mistakes (e.g. wrong address, etc), we will refund you the full amount or send you a replacement (depending on stock availability) at no extra cost. Do take note that the customer have the responsibility to enter the correct address. If not, we can’t refund you back your money.
